Reforma hotel Traça de Fontfreda Habitació Orac

Room and hallway remodelling for a hotel on the Costa Brava

This renovation project for a hotel on the Costa Brava had the main objective of updating the image of the spaces, focusing on the architectural details and revaluing both the rooms and the overall concept of the establishment.

From Traça de Fontfreda, we provided advice on the selection of materials to achieve an elegant, timeless aesthetic consistent with the natural environment and the experience offered by the hotel.

Work has been carried out on a total of 12 rooms, incorporating high-quality decorative elements from the firm Orac, a European leader in moldings and architectural profiles. These elements not only serve an aesthetic function but also help define a unique identity, adding sophistication and a sense of visual comfort that reinforces the hotel's style.

  • SX156 skirting board, which provides a solid and clean base to the walls.
  • Luxxus P8020 molding, used to create plays of relief and add visual richness.
  • Luxxus C342 cornice, which contributes to a more refined and classic finish.

All pieces have been painted with Sikkens Rubbol Magura, a highly durable paint with a silky finish that enhances the perceived quality of the ornamental details.

The result is a set of welcoming and sophisticated spaces that elevate the guest experience and reflect the new personality of the hotel, with a clear commitment to design and attention to finishes.
